- We want you to love your purchase! We are happy to help and may be able to resolve the issue without you having to go through the returns process.
- If the item just doesn't work for you, we do offer free returns on all items within 30 days of purchase. All returns are required to go through our Returns Management System and have an associated RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). To create an RMA Call us at 844-550-8324 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Please package items and all accessories properly and safely. Items received in a damaged state may result in a reduced refund amount.
- Once you receive your RMA, attach it to the package in a clearly visible manner and drop the package off at any branch of the shipping company indicated on the label. (USPS and UPS are most common.)
- We work hard to process returns as quickly as possible. Please allow up to 5 business days after the item is delivered for us to inspect it and apply the appropriate refund. We will be in touch if there are any issues.
We offer free shipping on all orders over $50* within the 48 contiguous United States. For orders under $50, we offer a flat-rate shipping price of $11.25 and $18.50 depending on the weight, within the 48 contiguous United States. Other methods such as Standard and Expedited, are available on the shopping cart page at checkout, and the price is calculated based on weight and distance.
*Orders over 150 lbs. will not qualify for free shipping. There will be a flat fee of $115 for these orders.

Once shipped, your order will arrive anywhere between 1 and 7 business days based on the method of shipment and the shipping location. Most orders shipped in the West Coast should arrive in 2-3 business days using ground shipment. Estimated transit time for Ground shipments is not a guarantee. It is an estimate only.
If an order is returned to us because of customer error, a re-shipping fee of $9.95 applies. This is due to the cost of re-packing and re-shipping returned items. If an order is returned to us because of our error, we will not charge a re-shipping fee.
