We want you to love your purchase! If you're having an issue with an item or it appears to be defective, please call our Customer Service department at 844-550-8324 or email us at email@example.com. We are happy to help and may be able to resolve the issue without you having to go through the returns process. If you'd like to return simply because you changed your mind, please see terms below.
- If you are within 30 days of purchase and your item is unopened and unused in its original package, you may return your item to us with an approved RMA.
- If you are within 30 days of purchase but the package has been opened or item used, the return request is subject to case by case approval, and restocking fees will apply.
- Return shipping costs are not covered by Brightech and will be the customer's responsibility.
- We do not accept returns on bulk orders, orders of 6 or more pieces, at any time. Please see our terms and conditions page for more information.
- All returns are required to go through our Returns Management System and have an associated RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). To request an RMA Call us at 844-550-8324 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Wait to receive your RMA before repackaging the item, our returns department may request pictures of the pieces or the package to assess the return condition. Items received in a damaged state may result in a reduced refund amount.
- Once you receive your RMA information, make sure it is displayed on the package in a clearly visible manner and drop the package off at an appropriate shipping carrier location.
- We work hard to process returns as quickly as possible. Please allow up to 5 business days after the item is delivered for us to inspect it and apply the appropriate refund. We will be in touch if there are any issues.
- Please NOTE, if approved, the package must be shipped out within 2 weeks of when the RMA information is provided. RMA's will expire after that time and the return will not be valid if not postmarked during that window closes, so please make sure to ship within a few days of receiving return approval.
We offer free shipping on all orders over $50* within the 48 contiguous United States. For orders under $50, we offer a flat-rate shipping price of $11.50 and $18.50 depending on the weight, within the 48 contiguous United States. Other methods such as Standard and Expedited, are available on the shopping cart page at checkout, and the price is calculated based on weight and distance.
*Orders over 150 lbs. will not qualify for free shipping. There will be a flat fee of $115.00 for these orders. For split order requests, the fee will be applied per shipment; any portion that doesn't meet the $50 minimum will be subject to standard shipping fees.

Once shipped, your order will arrive anywhere between 1 and 7 business days based on the method of shipment and the shipping location. Most orders shipped in the West Coast should arrive in 2-3 business days using ground shipment. Estimated transit time for Ground shipments is not a guarantee. It is an estimate only.
If an order is returned to us because of customer error and we need to resend the item, a re-shipping fee of $9.95 applies. This is due to the cost of re-packing and re-shipping returned items. If an order is returned to us because of our error, we will not charge a re-shipping fee.
