Warranty Coverage for Brightech™
Thank you for your interest in the products and services of Brightech (“Brightech”). This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from Amazon.com, eBay.com, Walmart.com, Wayfair.com where Brightech is the Seller only. (the "Physical Goods").
What does this limited warranty cover?
This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period. During the Warranty Period, Brightech will repair or replace, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.
What will we do to correct problems?
At our discretion, Brightech will either repair the product, using new or refurbished replacement parts, or we will provide up to a full refund for the purchase.
How long does the coverage last?
The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from Brightech is 3 years from the date of purchase.
The Extended Warranty for Physical Goods purchased from Brightech extends the total warranty coverage period to 5 years from the date of purchase. Please see below for more information on warranty extension.
What does this limited warranty not cover?
This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:
- conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship
- any product that has been modified from the original parts
- any product that has been modified by a third party
- items damaged by outside forces, such as dogs, cats, squirrels damaging the products
- items damaged by natural disaster, such as earthquakes, hurricanes, tornadoes, etc.
- items used outside of the U.S.A.
NOTE- If you receive monetary compensation for your purchase for any reason, this will complete your warranty coverage. We will not provide any further compensation.
